Ingredients

  • blue jello powder

  • 1.5 cups hot water

  • 1.5 cups cold water

  • crushed graham crackers

  • any ingredients you would like to represent the boats (e.g., fruit, candy, chocolate, etc.)

Directions

  1. Pour blue jello powder into a large mixing bowl.

  2. Add 1.5 cups of hot water to the mixing bowl. Whisk until the powder has dissolved.

  3. Add 1.5 cups of cold water to the mixing bowl. Whisk well.

  4. Using a ladle, place the liquid into 4-5 glass bowls.

  5. Place the bowls in the fridge for 2-4 hours or until hardened.

  6. Remove the bowls from the fridge and add crushed graham cracker to part of the jello to represent the sand.

  7. Create boats using the ingredients of your choice and place them on top of the jello.
